Doesn't work even after skin prep was really looking forward to this I've suffered acne since my mid 20s. I use this tool weekly and love the feeling of having clean ears! The design and construction is really high-quality, much better than a more expensive version I tried from a different brand. The video footage it so clear it makes it very easy to navigate my ear canal and remove any build up of wax (so satisfying lol). My ears feel so clear and clean!! I have been able to remove very impacted ear wax which was causing pain, tinnitus and deafness. A few days of oil to soften and was easily removed with Smartbud. Camera quality was phenomenal. 5 ⭐️ If you are currently experiencing any ear irritation then please consult your personal medical professional before using Smartbud. Stop using Smartbud immediately if you notice any pain or irritation when cleaning.
